We are a pioneering international agency created to converge the world’s independent space institutions under a shared framework of scientific diplomacy, planetary responsibility, and strategic cooperation.
Unlike traditional space agencies that operate under national mandates, our organization was founded to serve as a meta-agency, a supranational body that brings together emerging missions, academic research centers, specialized institutions, and private initiatives dedicated to the peaceful and ethical development of space science and technology.
We work as an articulating force a global link between knowledge, ethics and action forming bridges between continents, ideologies and disciplines. Our aim is not to dominate, but to coordinate; not to compete, but to connect.
With presence across Latin America, Europe, Asia and Africa, we support the certification, visibility and evolution of space programs that share our principles of sustainability, humanism, scientific accuracy and global equity.
We believe that outer space is not just a new frontier it is a shared responsibility. It requires common rules, long-term vision and inclusive participation from nations, institutions and civil society.
Our structure includes advisory councils, scientific commissions, educational frameworks and regulatory dialogue platforms. Through them, we promote standards, foster ethical debates and amplify local voices in global decision-making.
In a geopolitical landscape shaped by technology and uncertainty, our agency offers a different path: one built on cooperation instead of conquest, and collective progress instead of isolated power.
