Refund and Cancellation Policy

Program Fees
All fees paid for ISA programs, certifications, or experiences are considered non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

Cancellation by Participant

• Cancellations requested more than 60 days prior to the program start date may be eligible for a partial refund (subject to administrative charges).

• Cancellations made within 60 days or less before the program start date are non-refundable.

Cancellation by ISA

• If ISA cancels or reschedules a program due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., global events, travel restrictions, force majeure), participants will be offered either:

• Full refund of fees paid, or

• The option to defer participation to a future progra

Substitutions

In certain cases, ISA may allow a participant to transfer their enrollment to another eligible candidate from the same organization, subject to prior approval

Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days, using the same method of payment originally used for the transaction.
