HOW WE OPERATE
At the core of our institution lies not only a vision but a method.
Our agency functions through a structured, ethical and scientifically grounded framework that ensures accountability, coordination and long-term sustainability across all agremiated entities. We do not impose centralized control. Instead, we articulate a network of sovereign organizations under shared protocols, certified standards and collective commitments.
Every action we take, from audits and validations to ethical councils and inclusive programs, responds to our foundational values, ensuring that each institution retains its autonomy while contributing to a larger planetary purpose.

Scientific Audits & Protocol Validation
We offer an independent auditing system for scientific programs affiliated with our agency. Through multidisciplinary panels, we assess the methodological integrity, reproducibility, ethical compliance, and environmental impact of space-related research and technologies.
Institutions may also submit protocols for preliminary validation, ensuring their alignment with international standards before implementation. This guarantees credibility, transparency, and readiness for interagency cooperation.
Independent Scientific Observatories
We accredit and coordinate a decentralized network of Independent Observatories for Space Science Oversight (IOS²). These entities function as impartial evaluators of ongoing missions, monitoring adherence to scientific and ethical standards.
Each observatory may specialize in a specific area (orbital mechanics, climate, medicine, etc.) and publishes transparent reports accessible to all agremiated institutions.

Sovereign Collaboration Models
Our agency establishes a flexible agremiation framework that allows each institution to preserve its autonomy while being part of a regulated, ethical and collaborative system.
There are no hierarchies only shared standards, rights of representation, and coordinated access to global platforms. Each member participates voluntarily and equally in the strategic design of interagency policies.
Ethical Councils & Policy Committees
We operate internal and external councils dedicated to the review of ethical dilemmas, risk governance and planetary justice in the context of space science.
These committees bring together experts in law, science, human rights and environmental policy, ensuring that each decision within the network follows shared ethical principles and reflects the dignity of all forms of life.

Technological Sustainability Frameworks
We support the development and evaluation of space technologies that are designed for longevity, ecological balance and intergenerational responsibility.
Our sustainability framework is applied to every stage of the mission lifecycle from design and materials to orbital behavior and post-mission disposal ensuring that innovation does not come at the cost of planetary health.
Equity Access Programs
We believe that access to space must be equitable. We offer institutional support, training and representation mechanisms for emerging space programs and underserved scientific communities.
Through strategic inclusion models, we work to ensure that all regions regardless of resources or political influence can participate in the future of space governance and exploration.
